Check
us out on the Phantom Gourmet!
Soft
jazz and a cordial staff make Sonoma's warm dining room very
relaxing. The eclectic menu includes a number of mouth-watering
options ranging from Sweet Corn and Potato Hash to Tuna Filet
Mignon and Sautéed Medallions of Ostrich. The Melted
Leek, Lobster, and Goat Cheese Tart is the appetizer of Phantom's
dreams. Whether it's simply grilling meat, taking an innovative
twist on Waldorf Salad, or coating a fillet in fiery Indian
spices, Sonoma does it right. The most popular entrée
is the Prime Domestic Lamb, coated with a Dijon-rosemary-garlic
rub and dressed with roasted shallot demi-glace. Befitting
their name, there's an extensive California wine list. Phantom's

Sonoma
is, without question, the BEST restaurant in Central Massachusetts.
We have been there twice, and both times, it beat..( other
area restaurants). My wife and I both had twin filets mignon,
wrapped with bacon, covered with foie gras, and topped with
a portion of shaved truffle (OK - it was over the top!). From
the appetizer to dessert, the food and service was superb.
You will not miss Boston's restaurants when you visit Sonoma.

An evening at Sonoma tempts hyperbole. The setting is elegant,
service is impeccable and sincere, and the food both challenges
the imagination and impresses the eye. Chef/owner Bill Brady
describes his menu as "global," and it's indeed
a wonderful fusion of cultures and cuisine.
