Our catering philosophy is to serve the finest foods matched with outstanding service all at a reasonable cost. All of our events are customized to your needs in terms of styles and all budgets. We do not plan "cookie cutter" events we strive to meet, in person or on the phone with every potential client, individually to ensure your event goes smoothly.

In order to achieve our goal we have no printed menu for our catering, at our initial meeting, together we will determine what your needs and goals are and come up with some menu proposals, we will then make any adjustments and print the menu and schedule the event. We will need a guaranteed count one-week prior to your event and also a deposit will be required. In the event a function must be cancelled all deposit money will be used to offset any expenses incurred, any overage will be returned, any shortages will be billed.

In addition to all food service we will gladly provide all needed china, glassware and linens these items are included in the price per person quoted. We can also arrange for tents, party planners, bar tending services, valets, florists and printing along with sound, stage and lighting needs.
