SONOMA RESTAURANT WINS
DISTINGUISHED RESTAURANT OF NORTH AMERICA AWARD

-Joins Ranks of Most Celebrated Restaurants in United States, Mexico and Canada-

Princeton, Massachusetts-There are only 797 restaurants in North America that currently hold a Distinguished Restaurant of North America (DiRoNA) Award-one of the most prestigious awards for fine dining-and Sonoma has just been added to this elite roster. The award will be officially presented at a gala
ceremony during DiRoNA's Annual Conference on October 1, 2003, in Montreal.

"DiRoNA award recipient restaurants signify only the best in fine dining throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. "I am incredibly proud of our 56 new award recipient restaurants and guarantee that they represent only the best fine dining has to offer in North America. " Said Rick Powers, Chairman of DiRoNA and Director of Food and Beverage for the Coeur d'Alene Resort, including Beverly's restaurant, located in Coeu d'Alene, Idaho. " I look forward to welcoming new 2004 DiRoNA award recipients as well as current DiRoNA awardees to our Annual Awards Conference in Montreal on September 28 - October 1, 2003. Based in New York, NY, DiRoNA was established in 1990 to promote the fine dining industry and offers the only fine dining guarantee in all of North America. The DiRoNA Award is bestowed upon only the most distinguished restaurants. To become eligible for the award, Restaurants must first be in operation under the same ownership for a minimum of three years. An
anonymous, independent 75-point inspection of the property is conducted to review the quality of food, wine, service, physical property and décor. The DiRoNA Award is the only program of it's kind scrutinizing every aspect of the dining experience from the making of the reservations to the presentation of the check.
